This is a lovely medium decorative fat bellied lucky Buddha, decorative and calming. 
Chinese style Anti-Stress Buddha with both hands in the air, pushing against the ills and stresses of the world. A Buddha that is standing with his feet are apart, this symbolises good heath; letting bad humours leave the body.
